Developed a Utility Division and managed bids for underground utility projects in Broward County, Water and Sewer Department of Miami Dade County, City of Miami and various Municipalities of South Florida. At the same time, Mr Guiotto worked with INSO (affiliate of Condotte) for the DB $60M project proposal “Hospital Regional de San Francisco de Macorís” – Dominican Republic Government; and he managed the bid effort for the ‘A-C10 Culvert Replacement’, a $70M project located at Lake Okeechobee for the US Army Corps of Engineers.
